Initial Rental Payment

·         The initial payment at the execution of this rental agreement will include a $17.00 cleaning, set-up and sanitation deposit.

POM Maintenance Agreement 

•   Your instrument is covered against accidental damage, loss, and theft
•  Payments must be current at the time of the claim.
•  $20.00 deductible per claim
