$4.00 per month added to your Rental Payment

This program covers the instrument you are renting or leasing from Bertrand’s Music.

COVERAGE:

• Accidental damage
• General Maintenance
• Theft or Damaged Beyond Repair (Bertrand's Music Option to Void Rental or Lease Agreement or to Repair)

PROGRAM FEE & LENGTH OF PROGRAM:

• The fee for this program is a monthly fee and is added to the rental payment..
• Coverage is valid for as long as lessee is renting or leasing the instrument from Bertrand’s Music and all Rental and P.O.M. Payments are current.

CONDITIONS:

• Rental or Lease payments must be current to file a claim.
• This program becomes inactive if rental or lease payments are not current.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE & MAINTENANCE CLAIMS:

• Bring the instrument to any of Bertrand’s Music Locations.
• No deductible on instruments that can be repaired.

THEFT CLAIMS:

·        File a police report within 48 hours.

·        Report theft to Bertrand’s Music within 48 hours via phone, fax or email.

·        Provide copy of police report and file number.

·        Pay $25.00 deductible.

·        Rental or Lease Agreement will be voided after receipt of deductible payment.

·        Lessee will have no further financial obligations to make any future rental payments.

·        Lessee will not have to pay for the instrument that was stolen.

·        All payments are forfeited and no payments will go towards purchase.

·        Lessee at their option may enter into a new rental or lease contract with Bertrand’s Music.
